Purchases made with Photowall are simple and secure. Place your order before 12.00 on weekdays and it will be dispatched the same day. Free shipping with parcel post. VAT is included in all prices. Below you will find our complete purchase terms and conditions.

Delivery times & shipping costs

Orders received on weekdays before 12.00 are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12.00 will be dispatched the next weekday. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive delivery confirmation via e-mail. This confirmation e-mail includes an option to track your parcel. You are entitled to cancel the purchase free of charge in the event of any delay.

EUROPE:

Parcel post: 3-5 business days, Free shipping

Orders within Europe are delivered with DB Schenker. We make reservations for any delays caused by the logistics company.

REST OF THE WORLD:

Parcel post: 4-8 business days, €19 - €36

Orders to the rest of the world are delivered with DPD. We make reservations for any delays caused by the logistics company.

Refunds & returns

Incorrect or damaged goods can be returned and replaced free of charge.

We have a 14-day sale or return policy. The packaging shall be intact and the customer shall pay the return shipping costs.

We do not reimburse any extra costs that may arise as a result of the product being damaged, incorrect or defect, nor do we offer compensation for extra working hours, material etc. It is the customer's responsibility to check the product before hanging it. We do not offer refunds for incorrect hanging.

You need conformation from customer service before returning anything. To return goods, please send us the following information:

1. Your order number
2. Specify why you want to return, eg damage, wrong product or size, unmet expectations.
3. The action you want us to commit, exchange or refund.
4. Wait for an answer with the approval and instructions for the return.

    The payment is to be made in advance and the order is activated upon payment. Please note that delivery times can take 1-3 days longer when paying in advance.
