Delivery times & shipping costs
Orders received on weekdays before 12.00 are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12.00 will be dispatched the next weekday.
Delivery is by parcel post or business parcel, and you can select your preferred method of postage in the checkout section. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive delivery confirmation via e-mail. This confirmation e-mail includes an option to track your parcel. You are entitled to cancel the purchase free of charge in the event of any delay.
Parcel post
Europe: 4-6 working days. EUR 19
Rest of world: 4-8 working days. EUR 29-39
Parcel post items are delivered to your local depot to be collected by you.
We make reservations for any delays caused by the logistics company.
Business parcel
Europe: 3-4 working days. EUR 19-36
Rest of world: 3-8 working days. EUR 52-112
Business parcels are sent direct to your company and are delivered weekdays before 16.00.
